Terms & conditions
Draft terms for using the Locaro website and requesting guidance.
Operator and status
Locaro LTD is the proposed company name, not a statement that the company has been incorporated. These terms are a working draft. Operator identity, registered address, company number, governing law and dispute arrangements will be completed before public launch.
Website information
Locaro provides destination guides, project information and introductions to local property professionals. Website content is general information and does not constitute an offer to sell property, a valuation, or personal legal, tax or financial advice. Confirm current availability, prices, specifications, fees and ownership conditions with the relevant parties before making a commitment.
Consultations and introductions
Sending an enquiry does not create a property purchase contract or appoint Locaro to act on your behalf. The scope of support, responsible parties, any fees and relevant referral or commission arrangements must be explained before you agree to a service. Separate written terms may apply to a particular service or transaction.
Partners and projects
Developers and local experts are separate parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Their services, contracts and project commitments must be checked directly. Returns, completion dates, residency outcomes and future property values are not guaranteed by information on this website.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and submit accurate information. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access or copy protected material for redistribution without permission. Images, brand assets and third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Questions and changes
Contact us about errors or questions. We may update content and these draft terms as the service develops. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability, consumer cancellation and dispute provisions require confirmation once the operator, jurisdiction and service model are established.
